How hunting works
Femur Idle is an idle MMORPG: you pick a hunt (a hunting area) and your character fights on its own, wave after wave. Combat runs in turns of 2 s — you and each creature act once per turn, at staggered moments, and you cast at most one spell per turn.
Choose a hunt that fits your level in Hunts: the minimum level is enforced; the recommended level is only a suggestion.
Waves and lure
A wave spawns all at once. When its last creature dies, the next wave arrives after a countdown of 15 s — speed shortens it (see Speed & respawn).
The lure you choose sets the wave size: a lure of N–N+1 spawns N or N+1 creatures, with the same chance for each, and a wave never has more than 8 creatures. Lures: 1–2, 2–3, 3–4, 4–5, 5–6, 6–7, 7–8. Each hunt tier allows its own lure range, and in a party the leader sets the lure.
Experience and gold
Each kill gives the creature's experience multiplied by a level factor (low levels earn more), by the hunt's modifier and by your bonuses — XP Boost, Prey, Premium and guild bonuses multiply each other. Gold is multiplied by the server gold rate (×0.8), by an Improved Loot prey and by the hunt's gold modifier. Potions are paid in gold each time they're used.

Session limits
A hunt lasts at most 4 h on a free account and 12 h with Premium. The clock survives relogs and restarts when you finish the hunt or die. Finishing starts a 5 s countdown, and creatures keep attacking during it.
Only one character per account can hunt at a time, you can’t hunt while training, and an account can have up to 10 characters.
Stamina
Stamina goes up to 12 h. It drains one minute per minute of hunting (with the tab closed too) and recovers one minute for every 2 minutes you are not hunting — 50% faster inside a house. Boss fights neither drain nor restore it. At 0 stamina you can’t start a hunt, and a running hunt ends.
Hunting with the tab closed
Premium accounts keep hunting (solo and in a party) and training with the tab closed, up to the hunt time limit. A free account's solo hunt keeps going for 3 h after each disconnect (never past the hunt limit); a free party member has 30 s to come back. Training keeps going for everyone until its time limit.
XP Boost
An XP Boost gives +50% experience while it lasts. Each store purchase adds 1 hour; you can buy up to 5 per day, and the price rises with each purchase (30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 Femur Coins). Boost minutes from the daily reward or the Battle Pass add to the same timer. Boost time only runs while you hunt.
Hunt tiers
Most hunts have tiers: each tier has its own creatures, minimum level and lure range. You can start directly in any tier whose minimum level you meet. During the hunt, choose a higher tier as your destination and the hunt moves up one tier each time you clear a full wave. Leaving the hunt resets the progression; in a party, the leader controls the tier.
