Houses

Buying, renting, decorating and sharing a house.

Owning a house

Every house has a single owner in the whole world — channels do not duplicate houses. Each account can own one house. Buying another house with the same character replaces the old one (you must confirm; your furniture returns to your inventory).

You need an active Premium account to buy, enter and keep a house — if your Premium ends, you lose the house.

The house is paid in gold at purchase. Prices, sizes and rents of every house are on the Houses page.

Rent and eviction

Rent is charged every 7 days from the owner's gold; the first period after buying is free. If you don't pay within the 2-day grace period, you are evicted. When you are evicted, your furniture is sent to your mailbox — it is never lost. If a guild owns the city (see City War), 50% of each rent goes to its bank — as part of the rent, not on top of it.

A house belongs to a city

Each house is a plot in one city. To enter it you must be in that city (on any of its channels). Entering your house never moves you to another city — travel first. Inside a house, stamina recovers faster and training gives a bonus (see Training).

Guests

You can add up to 20 guests. Guests can visit your house while they are in its city; only you move the furniture, unless you give a guest the Furniture permission (what they place becomes yours, what they pick up returns to you). You can also let guests use your training dummy. You can sell your house to another player, who must meet the same rules.
