Bestiary & Charms

Kill creatures to unlock their entries, earn charm points and assign charms.

The Bestiary

Every creature you kill counts toward its Bestiary entry. Each entry has three stages; the number of kills depends on the creature’s difficulty (its stars). The first stages reveal the creature’s information and loot; completing the entry gives charm points, once.

In a party, every member gets the kill when the experience is shared. Boss kills count in the Bosstiary instead. Look up any creature in the Bestiary.

Charms

Charms are bonuses you assign to one creature at a time. You have 4 charm slots, each charm goes up to 3 tiers, and a creature can hold one MAJOR and one MINOR charm.

  • MAJOR charms are bought with charm points and need the creature’s bestiary at stage 3 (complete).
  • MINOR charms are bought with Minor Charm Echoes and need stage 2.
  • Each MAJOR tier you buy gives echoes: 50 / 100 / 200.
  • Assigning a charm is free; moving it to another creature costs 150 gold × level (between 150 and 50,000).
  • Removing a charm costs 100 gold × level.
  • Resetting all charms costs 100,000 gold + 11,000 per level above 100, and refunds what you spent.
  • Charms that trigger by chance work on auto-attacks (wand and rod shots included), never on spells.

Every charm, with costs and values per tier, is on the Charms page.

The Bosstiary

Bosses have their own tracker. Each boss category needs a number of kills per stage, and crossing a stage gives boss points (in parentheses):

CategoryProwessExpertiseMastery
Bane25 (+15)100 (+45)300 (+90)
Archfoe5 (+30)20 (+90)60 (+180)
Nemesis1 (+30)3 (+90)5 (+180)

Boss points raise your boss slot bonus. See every boss in the Bosstiary.
